• 5+ years retail or related industry leadership experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends
