📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery
• Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team.
• Establish a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
• Drive sales and personal growth opportunities for team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
• Player-coach leadership style with hospitality focus
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Solid tech aptitude: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
