📋 Description

• Lead the team at Chicago South Loop location with hospitality focus
• Hire, coach and develop a diverse staff including Shift Leaders and Crew

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
• Technical acumen with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Experience hiring via Applicant Tracking System
• Ability to manage inventory and execute local marketing drops
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
