Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Lead the Athens, OH store team with a hospitality focus in a fast-growing company.
• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Ensure stellar food quality, customer service, team friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Manage inventory controls and support local marketing efforts.
• Foster a culture of excellence, growth opportunities for team members, and sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership style
• Hospitality mindset with exceptional customer service
• Strong tech acumen with restaurant/retail software; proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
