Store Operations Support Specialist (Baltimore, MD)

📋 Description

• Measure store ops by evaluating Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, Team Member Safety and
• Provide hands-on training during assessments with a positive attitude
• Evaluate systems in stores to ensure DPZ standards compliance
• Evaluate assigned area stores multiple times per year to meet goals
• Assist team to meet visit goals, may travel outside area

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year General Management at Domino’s store; 2 years preferred
• Experience as multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred
• Proven operator with excellent evaluation scores
• Experience coaching and developing team members
• Proficient with technology to drive ops performance; Microsoft Office
