📋 Description

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Maintain clean, organized store with correct signage and merchandising.
• Manage employee rest periods and meals per CA Labor laws.
• Drive revenue with clear hourly goals and performance accountability.
• Execute promotional strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
• Train and develop staff with ongoing coaching and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead end-to-end interview and hiring process for store roles; build talent pipeline.
• Own first 90 days of employee experience and develop a Mentor program.
• Deliver training for POS, compliance, and SOPs; identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate monthly touch-bases and annual reviews; support disciplinary actions with HR.
• Foster inclusive, high-performance culture; align labor scheduling with budgets.
• Ensure 100% adherence to state/local cannabis regulations; maintain records.
