📋 Description

  • Create, implement and review a territory plan aligned to regional sales goals.
  • Grow existing customer relationships; identify expansion opportunities with Customer Success.
  • Prospect ICP target accounts; convey business outcomes to exec, business and tech stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineer to shape account strategy and value.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close strategic contracts.
  • Travel Auckland–Wellington to visit customers and progress opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Strong record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Experience growing substantial existing business while landing new logos in a defined target market.
  • Experience prospecting into large enterprise customers and driving engagement.
  • Strong executive selling and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience working with partners (system integrators and advisory firms).
