🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in customer success activation and adoption
• Deep experience mapping customer use cases to workflows
• Experience implementing activation strategies: programs, dashboards, workshops
• Success building advocate networks and power-user communities
• AI and technical proficiency; design and deliver custom demos
• Facilitation and education: virtual and live workshops
• Strong collaboration, program management, and growth mindset
