📋 Description

• Contribute to and enhance strategic risk management across execution, competition, and macro risks.
• Develop and maintain a view on new strategic topics to guide strategy-setting.
• Enhance risk assessment methodologies globally and regionally.
• Support global risk framework rollout and deepen knowledge across risk pillars.
• Contribute to risk tracking, scenario analysis, and expanding the framework.
• Collaborate with first-line stakeholders to integrate risk into new projects and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Risk Management at large financial/tech org, second-line (internal or consulting).
• Foundational understanding of strategic risk components (commercial, macro, competition, reputational, or product).
• Experience delivering projects and keeping tasks on track to deliver outcomes.
• Proactive, outcome-driven and lifelong learner.
• Hands-on, collaborative, ready to tackle challenges.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships and promote best practices.
