Strategic Deals & Commercial Architecture Lead — Marketplaces & Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead commercial architecture and execution for marketplace-enabled and partner-led transactions
• Structure private offers, pricing, incentives, revenue share, and non-standard terms
• Assess value, unit economics, margin, and downstream operability; advise on approvals
• Track contracting, booking, billing, revenue recognition, and governance gaps before signature
• Collaborate with Legal/Technical Revenue to define executable terms and controls
• Translate requirements into CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, ERP, data workflows; enable scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Deal Desk/Commercial or Revenue Operations, marketplace operations, or related roles
• Strong ownership of complex, non-standard transactions from ambiguity to outcome
• Solid judgment on pricing, commitments, incentives, and multi-party economics
• Fluency in marketplace economics and onboarding, launch readiness, governance
• Experience with quote-to-cash lifecycle and system implications
• Track record turning bespoke work into scalable policies and automation
