🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in defense enterprise AI, digital transformation or program management.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work on-site with defense customers.
• Experience leading AI/ML, enterprise SaaS or transformation programs in defense or related domains.
• Strong ability to translate mission outcomes into technical execution and measurable success.
• Proven track record influencing executive decision-making and driving cross-functional alignment.
