Strategic Enterprise Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Be the Samsara advisor, managing deployment of Samsara tech to large customers.
• Own project management including project plans, RAID logs, and governance.
• Lead solution workshops to define L1 processes for each business.
• Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work through obstacles with execs and day-to-day users of the system across numerous use cases.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in senior implementation, PM, or management consulting.
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong PM skills and ability to follow methodologies.
• 4+ years supporting or working with technical products.
• 4+ years running on-site workshops with 10+ stakeholders.
• German fluency; AI/automation experience in CS workflows a plus.
