📋 Description

• Partner with VP of Strategic Finance on growth initiatives
• Analyze performance; build models for pricing and product decisions
• Shape scalable growth plan and profitability path
• Collaborate with leaders for financially sound decisions
• Manage ad hoc finance projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in banking, PE, VC, or ops/strategy/fin at a startup
• Excel mastery; data visualization and AI tools familiarity
• Present complex issues via dashboards and presentations
• Strong understanding of financial statements; built models from scratch
• Basic accounting concepts knowledge
• Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance
• Humble, scrappy, adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
