Strategic Finance Lead, AI Infrastructure  RD

📋 Description

• Primary finance partner to CTO and RD leaders for AI infrastructure and product investments.
• Shape infrastructure scale, provider choices, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Design financial architecture linking usage data to forecasts and actions.
• Own RD planning, forecasting, and performance across headcount and infra.
• Collaborate with AI, Engineering, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Accounting teams.
• Turn RD performance into executive/board narratives and recommended actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investing, or related analytical roles.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex projects and recommendations.
• Strong financial/analytical skills with driver-based forecasting.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical leaders and translate finance insights.
• Curiosity to learn technical systems and translate them into financial insight.
• Applied AI fluency and experience with AI/infra cost analysis.
