Strategic Finance Manager, GTM

📋 Description

• Own sales capacity modeling end-to-end — headcount planning, ramp assumptions, quota-setting, and
• Drive the quarterly and annual planning cycle for the GTM org
• Design, own, and administer the GTM incentive and commission framework
• Embedded finance partner to the CRO and CCO — in deals and hiring decisions
• Build and maintain the GTM financial model: pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, expansion
• Define and track GTM KPIs and deliver reporting to leadership and Board

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in Strategic/Corporate Finance, GTM Finance, Revenue Ops at a high-growth tech company
• 2+ years of investment banking at a top-tier firm
• Expert financial modeling — build from scratch, stress-test, narrate outputs
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback, sales efficiency
• Hands-on with sales capacity modeling, quota design, GTM incentive plans
• CRM/RevOps data experience (Salesforce, Gong) for bottoms-up forecasting
