Strategic Finance Manager, GTM

📋 Description

• Strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.
• Translate financial models and SaaS metrics into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements across GTM.
• Support annual plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range FP&A for GTM.
• Build topline capacity models and ARR forecasts with headcount, quota, ramp, and pipeline inputs.
• Align financial models with CRM data and GTM rhythms with Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in GTM FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar, SaaS/B2B tech
• Finance business partner to Sales/Marketing/CS or GTM organizations.
• Hands-on commissions modeling and variable comp design.
• Investment banking or corporate finance experience valued.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights/Workday Adaptive Planning; familiarity with
