Strategic Finance Senior Associate - Compute

📋 Description

• Own the cost base and forecast for data center build-outs
• Validate build-outs tracking to plan; budget vs actual variances
• Maintain all-in unit cost of owned capacity by GPU type
• Partner to evaluate data center opportunities; assess TCO and incentives
• Pressure-test hardware cost assumptions with infra teams
• Translate delivery timelines into cash forecast; track prepays

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data center or large-scale infra capex
• Operatingside or investing-side background in hyperscaler/colocation/data center ops
• Knowledge of data center cost stack: non-recurring, capex, power/cooling, opex
• Strong financial modeling; site-level TCO and scenario analysis
• Ownership of budget vs actual for large capital projects
• Ability to talk with engineers and translate to clear numbers for non-technical audiences
