📋 Description

• Act as embedded HR partner to leaders
• Lead workforce planning, org design, headcount strategy
• Coach managers on performance, leadership, engagement
• Partner with TA, compensation, and finance on hiring/pay
• Manage complex employee relations with compliant outcomes
• Support compensation planning and pay equity analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR experience, 3+ in HRBP supporting senior leaders
• Strong US employment law, multi-state compliance
• Partner with TA on compensation analysis and benchmarking
• Experience with L&D to address organizational capability needs
• Job architecture, career frameworks, org design initiatives
• Knowledge of AI tools; improve HR processes via tech/automation
