Strategic Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Onboard and deploy Samsara IoT solutions for enterprise customers.
• Own the customer relationship through deployment, adoption, and renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Explain complex technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Drive deployments across industries including trucking and utilities.
• Travel up to 10% to customer sites.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account mgmt, or strategic consulting (enterprise SaaS)
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong ability to manage multiple engagements with high EI
• Proven stakeholder management with executives, product, and engineering

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD
