• The Strategic Operations Director will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or related field; Master’s
• 10+ years in strategy, strategic operations, consulting, chief of staff, or business transformation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience leading strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional programs.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for executive presentations.
