Strategic Operations Engineer III

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end incident management lifecycle (detection to resolution).
• Drive major incident management processes and communications.
• Govern change management, CAB, and deployment policies.
• Improve observability and reliability; partner with engineering.
• Apply AI/ML for anomaly detection and automated root cause analysis.
• Track and close problem records; prioritize remediation with AI insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Operations, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL).
• Experience governing and optimizing operational processes.
• AI/ML concepts: anomaly detection, predictive analytics, data modeling.
• Hands-on with AIOps platforms or AI-driven ops solutions.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability practices.
