Strategic Operations Lead, Marketing

📋 Description

• Build and run the core Marketing planning system, including annual and half-year planning, QBRs
• Own the leadership decision process for Marketing's headcount, PID, and resourcing asks, partnering
• Set leadership budget governance rhythm and use the Marketing budget tracker as a decision tool
• Design and operate the Marketing leadership operating system: staff agendas, communications
• Lead strategic projects to scale Marketing 0-1, including operating-model design, role clarity
• Create clear narratives and operating materials to help senior leaders decide quickly and stay

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years of experience across strategy and operations, business ops, Chief of Staff, or marketing
• Top-tier management consulting or equivalent strategic operating experience with strong problem
• Deep experience with planning cycles, QBRs, budget governance, headcount planning, operating
• Ability to translate ambiguous priorities into clear plans, owners, decisions, and follow-through
• Comfortable working with senior leaders, Finance, Recruiting, People, Communications, Product
• Clear written communication and ability to distill complex inputs into concise updates and memos.
