Strategic Operations Lead (PM Profile)

📋 Description

• Project/program management role embedded within CloudOps
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects and operational initiatives across cross-functional
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, risks, and blockers
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, assign actions, and drive items to completion
• Maintain documentation, status updates, and SOPs to ensure governance and accountability
• Provide reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates on project health and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in project/program management, ideally in operations, infrastructure, data center
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with PM methodologies; PMP or similar certification preferred
• Jira & Confluence knowledge; Power BI; Smartsheet or MS Project familiarity
