🎯 Requirements

8-10 years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Alliance Management (Senior Manager
Proactive hunter mentality; capable of navigating complex partner organizations and decision-makers.
Deep expertise in partner recruitment, co-sell models, referrals, deal registration, and enablement
Experience in SaaS, IoT, Hardware, or Mobility/Transportation; comfort selling physical + digital
Strong communication and analytical skills; experienced with CRM tools (Salesforce) and QBRs.
