📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners, coordinating with
• Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships and drive outcomes aligned to OpenAI’s product and
• Support partnership deal execution from evaluation through launch, expansion, and renewal
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to launch and optimize partnership initiatives
• Advocate for partners, aligning cross-functional teams and driving accountability against success
• Establish and manage partner operating cadences, including business reviews and planning sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product within the
• Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, including technical/product integrations.
• Strong cross-functional operator with experience working with product, engineering, legal, finance
• Ability to independently own and scale partner relationships and drive long-term value.
• Strong strategic judgment, problem-solving, and communication across internal and partner
• Self-directed and adaptable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
