📋 Description

• Support the Stablecoin project lifecycle from license to onboarding and launch.
• Contribute to market entry planning by assessing local regulatory frameworks and risks.
• Collaborate with banking and financial partners to manage multi-jurisdictional accounts.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-department coordination.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs to tailor solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital assets, stablecoin markets, and regulatory trends.
• 8+ years in partnerships, PM, or business ops within digital assets/fintech.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across legal, compliance, product, and ops.
• PMP or equivalent PM qualification preferred, with a track record of complex projects.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and results-driven in fast-changing environments.
