• Own the integrated partnership strategy and operating plan with clear priorities
• Drive the highest-priority initiatives from problem definition to outcomes
• Build internal/external operating cadence to speed decisions and manage risk
• Develop trusted relationships across executives, product, technical, legal, and finance
• Translate partnership priorities into commercial, product, technical, and GTM workstreams
• Stand up a joint go-to-market motion and land the first cohort of joint customers

• Substantial experience leading high-stakes business operations and partnerships
• Accountable operator for consequential outcomes, not just an advisor
• Excellent program leadership and organizational skills
• Exceptional relationship leadership with clear communication and conflict resolution
• Strong product judgment and technical fluency for integration theses
• Commercial judgment and negotiation experience across economics and value
