🎯 Requirements

• Strategic operations leader with experience supporting exec teams, managing complex initiatives
• Doctorate + 2+ years, OR Master’s + 4+ years, OR Bachelor’s + 6+ years in related fields.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, healthcare, tech, AI, or data-driven orgs valued.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and convert priorities into execution plans.
• Strong executive presence with written and verbal communication.
