🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in program/project management or cross-functional leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and PM skills; maintain momentum across initiatives.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience developing program plans, tracking tools, and execution frameworks.
• Excellent written/verbal communication for executive updates and briefings.
