🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in security program management or related strategic role in information
Experience leading cross-functional security programs with metrics and dashboards
Knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or equivalent
Ability to communicate security risks and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical leaders
Experience delivering security initiatives that drive organizational adoption
