Partner closely with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute
Translate strategy into operational plans and ensure delivery against key metrics
Facilitate alignment and unblock dependencies across teams
Lead initiatives spanning Support, Product, and internal lines of business to improve user
Drive joint Support-Product strategy and improve end-to-end experiences for priority user groups

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in strategy and operations, consulting, or program management
Experience in cross-functional settings spanning strategy, analysis, and operations
Strong PM skills with end-to-end project execution and measurable impact
Robust analytical skills to derive strategic insights from data
Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across teams
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive creative solutions
