Strategic Project Manager, Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Lead project management for enterprise, commercial excellence and internal initiatives for Allergan
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and dashboards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Prepare executive-level materials and drive alignment across stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies and issue resolution to keep delivery on track
• Balance speed with quality through proactive problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; 5-8 years in project management, consulting, or operations
• PMP or similar certification a plus
• Healthcare/medical device project management experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Experience developing executive presentations and materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
