📋 Description

• Develop, build, and maintain the operations infrastructure for data labeling pipelines.
• Own day-to-day progress on high-priority data production pipelines.
• Partner with ML and Go-to-Market teams to scope engagements for scalable outcomes.
• Influence cross-org data strategy to ensure data quality and scalability.
• Own program COGS via workforce planning and tooling decisions.
• Validate data quality with domain experts and translate into scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product development, data science, or operations.
• History of successful project management and comfort in ambiguity.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data, build queries, and identify trends.
• Technical aptitude to understand post-training ML workflows (SFT, RLHF, RLVR).
