Strategic Sourcing Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead procurement data analytics and reporting for various procurement tools.
• Review Corporate Services and Marketing & Events contracts with Legal and Sourcing leads.
• Create RFIs/RFPs and negotiate vendor terms across non-technology services.
• Manage tail spend and deals, including cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
• Lead implementation efforts for new tools and features as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business/finance/accounting or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years work experience in Sourcing & Procurement, Contracts Review including finance data
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret data, identify opportunities and risks.
• Proactive, self-starter with initiative and goal orientation.
• Project management experience including change management.
