Strategic Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively manage sourcing and negotiation for $25k–$250k contracts (SaaS/Tech/PS)
• Lead Intake-to-Pay (P2P) platform implementation with IT, Legal, and Finance
• Manage Navan and Brex admin and optimization of core fintech tools
• Analyze spend data with Excel to identify trends and savings
• Sanitize and structure spend data for Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB)
• Build cross-functional relationships to automate intake and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement ops, tech/healthcare
• SaaS & category expertise; negotiate mid-tier tech, marketing, consulting, PS contracts
• Proficient with Procurement/P2P software and CLM tools; P2P rollout a plus
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for structured spend insights
• Strong PM skills; manage multiple sourcing projects with a software rollout
• Excellent communication to navigate cross-functional bottlenecks
