Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain with electronics/PCBA or electromechanical focus
Defense/aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing experience
Proven supplier negotiations and long-term contract management
Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing: PCB fabrication, SMT, harness
Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership
