Strategic Sourcing Manager, Sensors

📋 Description

• Execute and maintain a sourcing strategy for Sensor hardware (Radar and Cameras).
• Manage strategic supplier relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Align technology roadmap and commodity strategy across organization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Supplier Quality on milestones and costs.
• Partner with Hyundai Motor Group counterparts for co-sourcing strategies.
• Track BOM cost as design progresses toward serial production.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct procurement experience in Automotive OEM/Tier1 or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing, vendor management, RFX, price and contract negotiations for
• Familiar with development and production agreements; strong negotiation of key legal terms.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams (Finance, Engineering, PM).
• Understanding of Automotive APQP and Production Part Approval Process per AIAG.
• Source-to-Pay process knowledge.
