Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Hivemind Projects (R4464)

📋 Description

• Manage sourcing and subcontract management activities for Hivemind programs, including supplier
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations to develop and
• Oversee subcontractors performing engineering, technical development, integration, manufacturing
• Drive supplier execution through structured program management, including milestone tracking, risk
• Travel regularly to supplier and program sites to support oversight and program execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, subcontracts, or program-facing procurement roles.
• Experience managing subcontractors or suppliers performing SOW-based engineering or manufacturing
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and program leadership in fast-paced
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements, SOWs, pricing, schedules, and contractual terms.
• Strong supplier performance management, milestone tracking, and program execution knowledge.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed.
