📋 Description

• Own core pieces of the deployment motion and elevate standards
• Diagnose where the deployment motion breaks using data and observations
• Plan for scale by modeling needs at higher volumes and identifying constraints
• Design and drive execution with Product and Delivery teams
• Manage one or two engagements to stay close to customer realities
• Shape the product roadmap based on deployments and insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision skills
• Track record building scalable processes or systems
• Strong technical intuition with STEM background
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• End-to-end project management in client-facing settings
