📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end projects and lead a small team (up to 3).
• Act as client contact and identify relationship opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and develop junior staff.

• Contribute ideas to Strategy in Action development.

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years at top-tier strategy firm or equivalent engineering analytics role.
• Master's in Engineering; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record influencing partners/executives.
• Strong quantitative skills; translate rigor into business insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; knowledge of Lean Testing, MVPs, experimentation.
• Fluent in Italian, English, and another language; willing to travel.
