📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end projects and a team (up to 3) conducting analyses for client insights.
• Serve as client contact and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Foster high performance by guiding daily project work and developing junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops and present practical insights to teams and clients.
• Manage complex projects in dynamic contexts and structure analyses.
• Contribute ideas to Strategy in Action and advance methods and tech.

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of professional experience at a top-tier strategy firm or equivalent
• Master's degree from a top university; MBA/advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to influence partners and executives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with Lean Testing, MVPs and disciplined experimentation
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and French mandatory; additional languages a plus
