📋 Description

• Plan and design campaigns and journeys with clients and technical teams.
• Provide marketing and business strategy perspective to CRM & Marketing Automation projects.
• Develop concepts and storytelling for campaigns and journeys; conduct benchmark research.
• Draft strategies and detailed documentation including objectives and audience segmentation.
• Lead discovery, consulting, and brainstorming sessions with clients to understand business
• Apoiar a criação e priorização de roadmaps e apoiar implementações para alinhamento com estratégia.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing projects, planning or strategy.
• 4+ years in CRM Marketing projects including automation and campaigns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
• Experience with email, SMS, push notification and/or WhatsApp.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English.
