Strategy & Corporate Development Associate (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Support high-priority projects by running analyses and coordinating inputs across teams, end-to-end
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments for strategic decisions
• Maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting inputs for the Strategy team
• Help prepare company-wide communications and all-hands materials
• Identify patterns and surface insights to steer bunch direction
• Work with experienced operators and grow into more responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 1 year of professional experience in startups, consulting, or fast-paced environments
• Analytically sharp with ability to structure problems and derive actionable outputs
• Hungry, reliable, low-ego, fast learner with strong growth mindset
• Ability to ask smart questions and propose solutions with feedback
• Willingness to leverage AI tools for research and sharper output
• Fluent English; German is a plus
