• Lead cross-functional GTM strategy and operations for model launches.
• Coordinate field readiness across sales, Applied AI, and Finance teams.
• Develop and optimize repeatable launch methodologies and reads for leadership.
• Ensure commercial readiness aligns with product/model readiness.
• Manage executive reporting cadence for launches and adoption trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, or GTM strategy &
• Proven track record running high-velocity, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to balance business, safety, and repeatability considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to design metrics and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
