📋 Description

• Own projects and drive them independently
• Analyze data and processes to identify improvements
• Support retention initiatives to keep and win back customers
• Lead daily meetings and coordinate topics for progress
• Collaborate with teams and contribute ideas to improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Studium in economics, industrial engineering or comparable field, or completed degree
• Analytical mindset and data-driven work style
• Willingness to take responsibility and act proactively
• Structured, solution-oriented, goal-focused
• Praktische Erfahrung via Praktika/Studentenjobs ist plus, aber kein Muss
• Excellent German language skills
