Strategy & Operations Manager (Business Operations)

📋 Description

• Drive operating rhythm; prepare exec/board presentations.
• Use data to generate insights; build dashboards tracking metrics.
• Build leadership consensus across Ops, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, Product.
• Execute special projects: new product launches, margin expansion.
• Forecast objectives; analyze rationale and P&L impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ yrs in strategy/management consulting, IB, or corporate dev; 3+ yrs in BizOps.
• Analytical, data-driven; proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, data viz.
• On-site at Toronto HQ; remote candidates not accepted.
• Execution-driven; willing to roll up sleeves.
• Excellent communication; able to work across teams.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, operations intensive environments.
