📋 Description

• Own the strategy for payments risk, fraud, promotions abuse, cash risk, and disputes across
• Shape product and engineering roadmaps; partner with Data Science to improve detection models.
• Balance customer experience, growth, and profitability while protecting revenue.
• Lead end-to-end ownership and align with Finance and Payments teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning complex fraud, payments, risk, or trust & safety initiatives with measurable
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience building business cases and influencing investment decisions.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, and
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgment balancing growth, customer experience, and risk.
