🎯 Requirements

3+ years in strategy/management consulting, IB, corporate development, or BizOps/strategic finance.
Sharp analytical instincts.
AI-native mindset: use AI tools as leverage.
Bias to action; hands-on, no ego.
Track record owning ambiguous cross-functional problems.
Willing to work from downtown Toronto HQ (60 Adelaide St).
