• Governance and alignment of Tech leadership
• Structure tech leadership rituals and reviews
• Prepare CTO memos, updates, and exec communications
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Pennylane
• Drive decision hygiene and maintain a CTO decision log
• Coordinate Tech team OKRs and All-Hands planning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, scale-up, or fast-paced tech
• Proven cross-functional initiative leader
• Comfort with technical topics without coding
• Strong operational excellence mindset
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English and French
