Strategy & Ops Analyst

📋 Description

• Run recurring ops across billing, banking partners, client reporting per SOPs
• Automate work with Claude to replace manual steps
• Monitor daily/weekly ops, triage and escalate as needed
• Document everything in Notion; keep logs and trackers current
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows with accuracy/audit in mind
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales to convert fixes to product changes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus
• 0–2 years experience; degree in business/finance/economics/engineering or internship
• Eager to work with AI tools like Claude; curiosity to automate
• Strong spreadsheet skills; comfortable with SQL or eager to learn
• Attention to detail; able to handle client money, invoices, credits
• Adaptable, can switch contexts across processes/regions/projects
